***RECIPE***
– Preheat a muffin tray with unsalted butter in each dip. 220°C
♡ Weigh 2 eggs (in their shells) note down the weight
♡ Weigh the same amount of plain flour
♡ Weigh the same amount of milk (still in grams)
♡ Whisk (without losing the whisk)
♡ Pour into muffin tray
♡ Pop in the oven until brown, approx 10 – 15 mins
♡ Load with either fruit or precooked veg
